Construction has been completed at this location and the required accessibility inspection is overdue at TDLR. Below is a link to TDLR’s website with your registration page that was typically created at the time you went to permit. The project has an overdue status with TDLR when one year has past the estimated completion date.

Requesting a TAS Inspection

The person requesting the inspection must own the property/entity as listed on the county tax record. Once the owner “LLC” is located this entity either signs the Request for Inspection form directly or Authorizes someone to represent them by completing the Authorized Agent form. Either way the owner of the property is required to complete and sign at least one form for TDLR. TDLR does not recognize a landlord or tenant without the proper paperwork. It is important for the owner to avoid penalties and sanctions from TDLR’s legal department. Please contact Kathy at 972-429-9096 for assistance with the forms, they are complex.

This TDLR Inspection Request Form (PDF) is required to be completed and signed by the property owner (not tenant).

Owner Agent Form
This TDLR Form authorizes a landlord, tenant or GC the ability to sign forms for the owner. The property owner remains responsible for compliance and the completion of the Plan Review and Inspection process.

Plan Review & Inspection Fee
Our fee to complete the remaining tasks on your project is $ . Payment can be accepted by check, credit card or Zelle. We will begin work on your project once payment is received. Transfer of TDLR project numbers and scheduling the property inspection is expected to take about 4-6 weeks to complete.
