– TDLR NOTICE OF INSPECTION OVERDUE –
When you receive a TDLR Notice of inspection postcard or overdue notice from TDLR contact our office to schedule the final inspection of your project.
In accordance with Rule 68.52, the owner of a building or facility must
also obtain an inspection from the department or a registered
accessibility specialist not later than the first anniversary of the
completion of construction. Request for inspection shall be made by
completing the TDLR Inspection Request Form and submitting it no
later than 30 calendar days after the completion of construction.
