Once one year has past after the estimated completion date, the project has an overdue status with TDLR.
Next Steps:
1) Contact Kathy at ACCESSplanreview to review the overdue requirements on your project.
Phone: (972) 429-9096
Email: accessplanreview@aol.com
2) There are forms that are required by the State of Texas in order to initiate our services. The forms are very difficult to complete correctly (see photos), please allow ACCESSplanreview to assist you with these forms. The forms will be submitted to TDLR for their approval.
Once TDLR has approved the forms, we can perform the overdue items.
