– TDLR NOTICE OF INSPECTION DUE –
When you receive the Notice of inspection due or overdue from TDLR contact our office to schedule the final inspection of your project.
In accordance with Rule 68.52, the owner of a building or facility must
also obtain an inspection from the department or a registered
accessibility specialist not later than the first anniversary of the
completion of construction. Request for inspection shall be made by
completing the TDLR Inspection Request Form and submitting it no
later than 30 calendar days after the completion of construction.
